Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your FunFangle account or data, who handles the request, and what we are required to keep. FunFangle is operated by JP Greze Co Ltd. For how we handle information generally, see our Privacy Policy.
Who Can Request Deletion
How a request is handled depends on how your information came to be in FunFangle:
- You created your own account. If you signed up yourself — as a member or parent joining an organization that uses FunFangle, or as the person who set up a new organization — you can ask us to delete your account directly.
- An organization manages your information. If a camp, community, resort, school, venue, or program enrolled you or your child, that organization controls the information and we process it on its behalf as a service provider. Deletion requests for that information are handled through the organization. Contact your organization first, or contact us and we will route your request to them.
If You Administer an Organization
Deleting your personal account does not by itself delete your organization’s records. Organization data is handled under your organization’s agreement with us and the retention practices in our Privacy Policy. If you want to close an organization account or delete its data, contact us so we can confirm the request with the organization.
What We Keep
We honor deletion requests except for records we are required to keep. These may include:
- Records subject to legal retention requirements — for example, medication and health logs, attendance, and incident records for minors, which state law may require us or your organization to keep for years, in some cases until an individual reaches the age of majority or beyond.
- Financial and tax records related to payments and transactions.
- Records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, or to comply with a legal obligation or hold.
We remove data we are no longer required to keep in the ordinary course of business. We do not commit to a fixed deletion date, and residual copies may remain in encrypted backups until they are overwritten on our regular backup cycle.
How to Make a Request
Email contact@funfangle.com with the account or information you would like deleted. To help us locate the right records and confirm your request, please include the email address associated with the account and, if applicable, the organization you are associated with. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
